AI Enabled Apps for Business Startups and Savvy Consumers<\/h2>\n\n

\n When AI introduced coding assistants, a new kind of software development exploded into existence \u2013\n \u201cvibe-coding.\u201d<\/strong> Vibe-coding, or \u201cno-code\u201d as it\u2019s sometimes called, is the process of building fully\n deployable software products without personally writing the code.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n What? How can you build software without knowing how to code?<\/strong>
\n That\u2019s one of the truly astonishing capabilities of AI: you can instruct it to write code for you. If you\u2019ve heard\n of bolt.new<\/em>, loveable.dev<\/em>, or v0.dev<\/em>, these tools are the mass-market players that claim\n to let you build an app from a single line of text. That\u2019s absolutely possible for simple, single-task apps such as\n a to-do list or a simple game. But to build commercially viable products, it\u2019s not that simple.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n Vibe-coding is not for the faint-hearted.<\/strong> It takes perseverance and a lot of patience to spend hour\n after hour, day after day, tracking down errors that AI doesn\u2019t get right the first time. AI works best with a\n task-oriented plan, but even then you have to keep it on task relentlessly; otherwise it forgets, duplicates,\n contradicts, and sometimes sabotages its own work. I treat each and every model I use to code as if it has no memory\n and will inevitably try to break the current build.\n <\/p>\n\n
